**Job Summary**:
The Luxury Car Sales Executive is responsible for providing a premium customer experience while driving sales of high-end luxury vehicles. This role requires exceptional client relationship management, deep product knowledge, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the brand’s prestige.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development**
- Proactively generate leads and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
- Understand customer preferences and provide tailored luxury vehicle recommendations.
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features and performance.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options to close sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Deliver a **personalized, VIP-level customer experience** from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a network of affluent clients and referrals.
- Provide after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Keep clients informed about new models, promotions, and exclusive events.
**3. Product Knowledge & Presentation**
- Stay updated on the latest luxury car models, features, and specifications.
- Explain technical details, customization options, and brand heritage to clients.
- Conduct showroom tours and vehicle demonstrations with professionalism.
**4. Marketing & Brand Representation**
- Represent the brand at **exclusive events, launches, and test-drive experiences**.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, social media content, and client engagement.
- Maintain the showroom’s premium appearance and ensure vehicles are displayed optimally.
**5. Administrative & Financial Tasks**
- Work closely with the finance and insurance teams to facilitate smooth deals.
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
**Requirements**:
- Proven **sales experience in luxury automobiles**, high-end real estate, or premium retail.
- Strong **networking skills** and experience dealing with elite clientele.
- Excellent **negotiation, presentation, and communication skills**.
- Passion for automobiles and deep understanding of **luxury car brands and industry trends**.
- Professional appearance, etiquette, and confidence in high-stakes sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
**Education & Experience**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **3-5 years** of experience in luxury sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Freshers can apply.
