Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Car Sales Professional at Mercedes-Benz Titanium Motors, located in CHENNAI.

The Luxury Car Sales Professional will be responsible for engaging with customers, facilitating vehicle sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, developing sales strategies, and maintaining knowledge of the latest Mercedes-Benz models and features. The role also involves coordinating with the after-sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience In Luxury Automotive Sales is MANDATORY
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong knowledge of luxury car market and latest vehicle models
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of Tamil is needed
