Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Mumbai. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, answering inquiries, providing necessary information about The Machan's offerings, and helping customers with bookings and other related services. The role requires effective telephone communication, addressing client queries, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications- SALES CONSULTANT

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
  • Problem-solving abilities and clients service skills to address inquiries and provide solutions efficiently
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and tasks effectively
  • Knowledge or interest in eco-tourism and hospitality is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software for data management and booking processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior work experience in
