ROLE:
Chief Manager – Sales (Convergence Business)
Location: Gurgaon
We are seeking a senior sales leader to drive
dark fiber lease business
across Telecom and ISP customers. This role will focus on
customer acquisition, account management, and revenue growth
, while ensuring seamless execution across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
sales and account management
for dark fibre lease business. - Acquire new customers and manage contracts/MSAs with ISPs and Telcos.
- Drive
upsell and cross-sell
opportunities within existing accounts. - Ensure timely billing, collections, and receivables with internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with STUs, Telcos, and alliance partners.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years' experience in Telecom/ISP infrastructure sales (dark fibre, EPC, co-location, etc.).
- Strong customer relationship management and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to deliver sales targets and manage large accounts.
- BE and/or MBA in Sales preferred.
