*Job Title:* Sales Manager Big End-User Clients
*Location:* Mumbai
*Experience:* 5-10 years in Sales
*Education:* Bachelors Degree (Diploma considered if from a reputed institution)
*Other Requirements:* Own vehicle & valid driving license (Company provides fuel conveyance)
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify, engage, and convert *B2B sales/ End-Users/ Dealers* to drive high-revenue sales.
* Build and nurture *strong client relationships* to ensure *long-term* business growth.
* Own the *entire sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching* to negotiation and closure.
* Collaborate closely with *cross-functional teams* to align sales strategies with company goals.
* Stay updated on *market trends* to uncover and leverage new business opportunities.
* Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and deal closures as required.
*Requirements:*
** 5 years of hardcore sales experience* in any industries.
* *Engage and acquire new customers,* including key *End-Users* and *Dealers* , to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
* *Excellent communication and negotiation skills* in English.
* *Bachelor's degree is mandatory* (Diploma holders from reputed institutions may be considered).
* Must possess a *valid driver's license and own vehicle* (fuel expenses covered by the company).
* Strong ability to *work independently* and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
* Willingness to learn CRM work & Software for better understanding
*Note:*
* The candidate should have prior experience working with a *reputed or large* company.
* *Age criteria:* Candidates must be below *38* years of age.
