Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the luxury sales team, setting clear sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Oversee the marketing and promotion of luxury real estate properties
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling sales materials
- Participate in negotiations and deal closures with key clients
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their performance

- Proven track record in luxury real estate sales
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Certification Required
- Real Estate License
- Certification in Luxury Home Sales (preferred)
