**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain lasting relationships with HNIs by offering personalized attention, understanding their preferences, and anticipating their needs.

**Sales and Service**:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with clients, including bespoke presentations and tailored solutions based on individual preferences.

**Luxury Product Expertise**:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, including history, craftsmanship, and exclusivity, to offer a consultative selling approach to HNI clients.

**Networking & Prospecting**:
Expand the HNI client base by leveraging existing relationships, attending exclusive events, and networking with potential clients in high-end settings.

**Customer Experience**:
Ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for all clients by providing concierge-level service, from the initial engagement to after-sales care.

**Brand Representation**:
Uphold the luxury brand’s image by maintaining a sophisticated and professional demeanor, adhering to brand guidelines, and delivering exceptional service.

**Market Trends & Competitor Awareness**:
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging luxury products, ensuring the ability to provide timely and relevant recommendations to clients.

**Event Participation**:
Attend exclusive events, product launches, and private viewings to connect with current and potential HNI clients and showcase the brand's latest offerings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Proven Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years in luxury sales, preferably with exposure to HNI clientele.

**Excellent Communication**:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-profile clients.

**Sales Acumen**:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury or high-end retail environment.

**Discretion & Professionalism**:
Ability to handle sensitive information and client interactions with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

**Passion for Luxury**:
A genuine interest in luxury products and the ability to translate this passion into a memorable client experience.

**Cultural Awareness**:
International exposure and understanding of diverse cultures to better serve global HNI clientele.

**Flexibility**:
Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required to meet client needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
