Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, SaaS products, and software solutions.· Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.· Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase company offerings.· Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to propose customized solutions.· Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and closure.· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.· Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technology needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).· 1-7 years of proven experience in IT / B2B / SaaS sales.· Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions.· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.· Ability to handle end-to-end sales.· Experience working with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:· Knowledge of proposal drafting, RFPs, and lead nurturing.· Understanding of web technologies, SaaS models, and software lifecycle.
