About the Role:

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The role involves market research, lead generation, client communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and professional platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Present company services, proposals, and value propositions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by management.
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and conferences as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
  • Experience in IT / Healthcare / FMCG / Pharma will be an added advantage.
