**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including:

- Freelance portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc.)
- B2B platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Clutch, GoodFirms, etc.)
- Job Portals & Business Directories
- **Odoo ERP Sales** : Understand client business needs and present tailored **Odoo ERP solutions.**:

- **Consultative Selling**: Conduct **Odoo ERP demos** and explain its business benefits.
- **Proposal & Negotiation**: Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the **Odoo ERP ecosystem**.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years** of experience in IT sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Experience with **Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, and other lead generation portals**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools and sales automation platforms**.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 3 years (preferred)
- ERP systems: 3 years (preferred)
- CRM software: 3 years (preferred)
- Client communication: 3 years (preferred)
- Bidding portal: 3 years (preferred)
