Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, contractors, architects, and channel partners.
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and business plans to management.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales in construction or real estate.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
