Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in their designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and training the sales team, and building relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction to meet the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, developing sales strategies, and setting sales targets
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in the education sector or working with educational institutions is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
