Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Business Manager located in Lucknow. The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional sales operations, managing and developing a sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Tasks will include setting sales targets, analyzing regional market trends, and ensuring the implementation of company sales strategies. The role requires regular travel within the region to meet clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region
