Role and Responsibilities:

The Business Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing sales action plans that incorporate key KPIs for the business. The role also involves managing IT sales in the given territory, forecasting sales targets, ensuring they are met, generating revenue growth, and building new business relationships in the required territories. The Business Manager will also evaluate prospects for potential new clients and implement sales strategies that further drive enhanced revenue generation for the business. The successful candidate will be required to travel across locations (domestic and international) for client visits.

Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of government procurement processes, effective exposure to bespoke/customized IT application sales, software sales (not into hardware sales), a proven track record of successful sales in the government sector/depts., strong networking and relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
