As a Senior Brand Sales Manager at Mygate, you will lead the strategic direction of our advertising sales initiatives, working closely with the creative team to develop digital solutions that meet client and brand needs. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth through high-level sales strategies, fostering new business relationships, and maintaining strong connections with key stakeholders. This role requires an experienced professional with the ability to negotiate complex deals, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and manage a growing portfolio of clients, while ensuring seamless execution and exceptional partner experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Strategic Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure high-value brands, agencies, and advertisers to offer them tailored advertising solutions across Mygate's platform.
- Sales Leadership: Independently drive the creation and delivery of high-quality, data-driven sales presentations and pitches, ensuring alignment with client needs and Mygate's advertising offerings.
- Revenue Generation: Actively prospect, nurture, and close new business opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of revenue generation. Set and achieve sales targets aligned with overall company goals.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring continuous value delivery and uncovering opportunities to grow existing partnerships.
- Advertising Solutions & Benefits Communication: Expertly articulate the advantages of Mygates advertising properties, leveraging our 3.5 million users across 25K communities to effectively reach target audiences.
- Deal Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and close deals in compliance with company policies, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining a collaborative and professional approach with clients.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Forecast, monitor, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns and client projects, providing regular updates to senior management on key metrics and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior management, marketing, and creative teams to align sales strategies and execution, ensuring a cohesive approach across all client-facing initiatives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing and sales collateral, as well as client-facing communications, maintain consistent branding and messaging in line with Mygate's values and objectives.
- Revenue Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the entire revenue pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, working efficiently to scale and optimize revenue streams through various advertising channels.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Support and mentor junior sales team members, sharing best practices, providing guidance, and driving the overall success of the team.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in B2B advertising sales or related fields (preferably digital advertising or media sales).
- Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in closing complex deals and managing high-value accounts.
- Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to lead sales initiatives and teams, with a strategic mindset to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate persuasively, with strong presentation and client engagement skills, capable of tailoring messaging to different audiences.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to forecast, track, and evaluate sales performance, with the ability to adjust strategies based on data and market trends.
- Client-Focused: Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that align with their goals.
