Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and rollout of BTL marketing campaigns, including dealer engagement programs and regional activations.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute branding deliverables such as wall art, hoardings, and event infrastructure.
  • Manage the deployment and optimal placement of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) across retail touchpoints.
  • Track campaign progress to ensure timely execution and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collect and synthesize market intelligence and field feedback from sales teams and channel partners to guide future initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports, budget trackers, and campaign performance dashboards.
Requirements
  • MBA or PGDM in Marketing; 12 years of relevant experience preferred, though well-qualified freshers with strong internship exposure will be considered.
  • Familiarity with field marketing, brand activations, or trade marketingespecially within FMCG or allied industriesis advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with strong coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Open to extensive regional travel for on-ground campaign execution and market interactions.
