Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a smart and energetic HR Associate to be a part of our HR Team. You will be primarily responsible for actively assisting in the entire recruitment process. Besides, you should also be able to manage all HR activities. In this role, you will

  • Complete ownership of end to end recruitment
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Support employee engagement events.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed for the HR department.

Preferred candidate profile

To ensure success as an HR associate, you should have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills.

  • IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFRRED
  • Master's/ Bachelors degree in HR field.
  • Previous experience working in HR preferably in BFSI industry
  • MS Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
