Role & responsibilities:

Excel Reporting:

  • Create, maintain, and update Excel-based reports and dashboards for various departments.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.

HR Operations:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Make Sure all the documentations and records are maintained confidentially.
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, such as attendance, payroll, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in HR operations.

Preferred candidate profile:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or Post Graduate degree, in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and basic macros).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes.
  • Understanding of data visualization techniques.
