Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to build a strong HR foundation in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

· Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.

· Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

· Handle employee queries and provide support in HR-related matters.

· Assist with performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices.

· Coordinate training sessions, induction programs, and exit formalities.

· Collaborate with different departments for HR operations and documentation

Requirements:

· 0–2 years of experience in HR roles (preferably in IT or tech industry).

· Strong understanding of recruitment and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, Excel).

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Educational Qualification

· MBA in HR, BBA, or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

· Certification or internship experience in HR functions is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
