• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience (across functions like talent, operations)

• Prior experience in healthcare / hospital / diagnostics / clinical operations is strongly preferred

• Educational qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDHR / Master's in relevant field

• Exposure to scaling organizations, multi-location operations, regulatory / compliance in
healthcare
Key Responsibilities

• People Strategy:
Align HR with business goals; drive culture, leadership, and change initiatives.

• Talent Acquisition:
Oversee hiring for clinical & corporate roles; strengthen employer brand.

• Performance & Development:
Manage appraisals, career growth, training, and succession planning.

• Compensation & Benefits:
Benchmark salaries, design C&B policies, oversee payroll.

• Compliance & Policies:
Ensure labour law, healthcare regulatory compliance, grievance redressal.

• HR Operations:
Standardize policies across centres; drive HRIS, analytics, and process automation.

• Engagement & Retention:
Enhance employee experience, reduce attrition, build engagement programs.

• Leadership:
Lead and mentor HR team; partner with management on workforce planning.
