HR & Payroll Manager - HR Generalist - IT Staffing

We are hiring a hands-on HR & Payroll professional for our domestic IT staffing organization supporting enterprise clients like TCS, PwC, Tech Mahindra, and other system integrators. The role involves complete ownership of internal HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, documentation, attendance, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinating monthly payroll, salary processing, timesheets, and cut-offs with finance and payroll vendors.
  • Managing offer rollouts, joining confirmations, compensation revisions, and offer drop scenarios in coordination with recruiters.
  • Maintaining employee records, background verification coordination, and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT.
  • Handling employee queries, HR escalations, attrition, and full & final settlements.
