Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate branding, promotional events, and community outreach programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track analytics, and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and nurture new leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Graphic design or content creation skills are an asset.
