KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers of Top 500 Indian companies participating in exhibitions abroad.
  • Identify upcoming international trade shows and proactively connect with potential clients attending those events.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Create and implement marketing communication strategies tailored to the exhibition industry.
  • Develop impactful communication materials: corporate presentations, capability decks, case studies, email campaigns, brochures, and digital content.
  • Manage branding and messaging across all channels (website, social media, newsletters, PR).
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract international exhibition clients.
  • Drive lead generation through email outreach, digital campaigns, and industry networking.
  • Understand client requirements for stand design, fabrication, and exhibition services.
  • Coordinate with design and sales teams to prepare proposals and pitch presentations.
  • Maintain CRM records, track communication, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Research industry trends, upcoming exhibitions worldwide, and competitor analysis.
  • Identify potential sectors where Indian companies actively exhibit (Tech, Pharma, FMCG, Automotive, Machinery, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Work closely with the sales, design, and production teams to ensure brand communication aligns with business goals.
  • Support pre-event and post-event marketing activities for exhibitions.
  • Assist in case study development and documenting successful projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹65,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Exhibition Stand Design & Fabrication industry : 3 years (Preferred)
  • marketing communication strategies : 5 years (Preferred)
  • Marketing, Mass Communication, Business: 4 years (Preferred)
