Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Manager will oversee activities related to generating sales leads, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, creating partnerships, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. Regular collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to align offerings with market demands is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis abilities
  • Familiarity with the modular solutions or interior design industry is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team-coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales technologies
