We're looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who can turn curiosity into conversations and conversations into new business. If you can chase leads like a pro, charm LinkedIn algorithms, and turn cold calls into warm opportunities, you'll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation, from identification to closure.

  • Build a high-quality pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calls, and cold walk-ins.

  • Perform LinkedIn data scraping, list building, and database management to support targeted outreach.

  • Execute digital marketing activities that boost brand visibility and inbound enquiries.

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to convert them into paying clients.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to shape customised solutions for Food Safety development and consulting projects.

  • Track performance metrics and provide weekly business development reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Digital Marketing.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Canva, email automation tools, and lead generation platforms.

Confident communicator with a knack for building genuine conversations.

Comfort with cold calling and field visits.

Self-driven, organised, and excited to work in a fast-moving consulting environment.

Bonus: Experience in food industry sales or B2B consulting.
