Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Thane. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met, and optimize processes for improved efficiency. Responsibilities include team leadership, resource allocation, monitoring project timelines, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires proactive problem-solving and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to coordinate diverse teams
  • Project Management and Process Optimization experience
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Experience with Data Analysis, Reporting, and Decision-making
  • Knowledge of Electrical or Electronic Manufacturing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and software used in operations or supply chain management
