Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sourcing Manager located in Thane, Mumbai, India. The Assistant Sourcing Manager will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials. This role also involves conducting market analysis, liaising with internal departments to determine material needs, and developing cost reduction strategies.

  • Sourcing and Procurement skills
  • Contract Negotiation and Supplier Management skills
  • Market Analysis and Cost Reduction Strategy experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience to handle categories like Stamping, Moulding, Heavy Fabrication, hardware, C-Class items
  • Experience in the HVAC or refrigeration industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering.
