Role Overview
Designation - Assistant Manager/ Manager
The Person will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The role involves managing HR operations, grievance handling, performance management, L&D coordination, and supporting payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, ID creation, HRMS updates, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, organization charts, and HR databases.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and company guidelines.
Grievance Handling
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Handle grievances professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Escalate serious issues to HR Manager/management when required.
Performance Management System (PMS)
Assist in planning and execution of the performance appraisal cycle.
Coordinate with managers & employees for goal setting, reviews, and feedback collection.
Maintain PMS data and ensure timely completion of evaluation processes.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Organize internal/external training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback reports.
Payroll Support
Oversea payroll processing by sharing leave, attendance, and salary-change data.
Support in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT) documentation when needed.
Verify monthly inputs and coordinate with the payroll team for accuracy.
Additional Responsibilities
Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
Manage employee engagement activities and cultural events.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR operations & policies
Knowledge of payroll concepts (CTC, deductions, statutory compliances)
Problem-solving and grievance-handling ability
Good organizational and documentation skills
