Role Overview
Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager – HR
Location: Thane
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1st & 3rd Saturday Off
The role is responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations across the complete employee
lifecycle. The individual will manage employee experience, HR processes, grievance handling, payroll support, and performance & learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Manage onboarding, documentation, ID creation, HRMS updates & exit procedures Maintain employee records, org charts, and HR databases Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory guidelines
Grievance Handling
Act as the first point of contact for employee issues Provide timely and professional query resolution
Escalate critical matters to HR leadership as needed
Performance Management System (PMS) Support performance appraisal cycle & review timelines Coordinate goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback
Maintain accurate PMS data and tracking dashboards
Learning & Development Identify skill gaps with department heads Plan and coordinate internal/external training programs Track attendance, feedback, and L&D effectiveness
Payroll Support Share accurate attendance, leave & compensation change inputs Assist in PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance documentation
Verify payroll inputs for error-free monthly processing
Employee Experience & MIS
Prepare HR dashboards and reports Organize engagement activities, celebrations, and cultural events
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of HR operations & compliance
Working knowledge of CTC structure, payroll, and statutory laws Excellent problem-solving and grievance-handling skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities Proficiency in Google Sheets & HRMS tools People-oriented, process-driven, and detail-focused
Willingness to travel Pan India

Pay: ₹70, ₹75,000.00 per month
