Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include researching market trends, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, the role involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning and business expansion efforts.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proficiency in client acquisition, relationship management, prospecting, and negotiating deals.
- Market Analysis and Research: Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Skills in developing and executing business plans, setting goals, and aligning strategies with organizational objectives.
- Communication and Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively to various audiences.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and fostering a cooperative environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with IT systems, cloud computing, advanced analytics, automation, cybersecurity, and AI is a plus.
- Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing
- Other Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
