Role & responsibilities

  • Provide L1 to L3 technical support for the AAmaze PFM platform at the client site.
  • Monitor production jobs (PySpark pipelines, PostgreSQL & ClickHouse data dumps) and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues ranging from basic application queries to deeper system-level incidents.
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering teams with proper documentation and logs.
  • Work closely with client teams to provide timely updates, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and resolution plans.
  • Maintain issue logs, FAQs, and runbooks for faster problem resolution.
  • Participate in shift rotations to provide 24x7 coverage.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or equivalent fresher graduates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL knowledge preferred).
  • Familiarity with Linux command-line operations.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Good communication skills for interaction with client stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Nice-to-Have (Plus Points)

  • Exposure to Python/PySpark.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Prior internship or project in data engineering or support.
