Role & responsibilities

The Professional Services Consultant for ARCON PAM will be responsible for providing expert guidance, implementation, and support services to clients deploying and managing ARCON PAM solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their security needs, designing tailored PAM solutions, and overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ARCON PAM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deployment:

  2. Work with clients to define their PAM requirements and design customized solutions.

  3. Conduct system audits, risk assessments, and system readiness evaluations prior to implementation.

  4. Install and configure ARCON PAM solutions, including components like Vault, Session Manager, and Audit, across multiple environments.

  5. Consulting & Solution Design:

  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, and translate these into functional and technical requirements for the PAM solution.

  7. Design, implement, and fine-tune policies for privileged access controls, including session monitoring, user access management, and password vaulting.

  8. Provide expert advice on best practices for privileged access management, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).

  9. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  10. Provide post-implementation support for ARCON PAM systems, troubleshooting issues, and addressing technical challenges.

  11. Work with the ARCON support team to resolve technical incidents or escalate as needed.
  12. Assist clients with user queries and provide guidance on efficient system use.
  13. Contribute to the development of best practices, methodology guides, and tools for ARCON PAM implementations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT consulting, specifically in Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity & Access Management (IAM).

  • Proven experience with ARCON PAM solutions
