Role Description

The Sourcing Manager is a full-time on-site role located in Panvel. In this position, the Sourcing Manager will oversee and manage the procurement processes, identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. Additional responsibilities include developing cost-effective purchasing strategies, analyzing market trends, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with project goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in procurement, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, cost optimization, and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, data analysis, and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in line with project deadlines
  • Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is highly advantageous
