Job Title: Sourcing Manager – Residential Sales

Location: Kon Phata, Panvel

Experience: 2–5 years in real estate lead generation, channel partner management, or brokerage

Education: Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sourcing Manager to generate quality walk-ins and site visits through multiple lead generation channels. The role involves developing and managing channel partners, executing local market activations, and collaborating with marketing teams for digital sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong channel partner network across Panvel and Navi Mumbai
  • Organize CP meets, training sessions, and site visits
  • Execute local activations including kiosks, banners, and community tie-ups
  • Work with marketing for online and offline lead generation
  • Track leads, monitor conversion ratios, and maintain daily MIS reports
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights

Skills Required:

  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Panvel and Navi Mumbai micro-markets
  • Ability to manage on-ground activations and relationship-based sourcing
