The Sales & Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving the company's revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This position is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the sales and marketing team.
Mandatory SKills : Candidate should have experience with Selling of Capital Goods (Machinery) for Pharma, Chmeical or Process Equipment, Along with Good Hold on Social Media, SEO and online lead generation tools. Also Requires to travel Aborad and valid Passport is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals
- Manage and allocate budget effectively to maximize ROI
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials and campaigns to drive lead generation
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing metrics to assess performance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives
- Continuously assess and improve sales and marketing processes and methodologies
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in market analysis and KPI tracking
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and marketing analytics tools
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the B2B or B2C market
- Ability to travel as needed
- Professional certifications in sales or marketing is a plus
