Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive to spearhead all our partnerships, drive business growth, and support future expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing key hospital/medical store/diagnostic centre/blood banks relationships, developing strategies to increase sales, and leading/training the sales & marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, blood banks and
medical stores.
Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
Identify new business opportunities, partnership models, and revenue streams.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with partner's management and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Train, mentor, and guide the sales and marketing (field) team to achieve targets.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to recommend future development
strategies.
Prepare regular reports on business performance, sales pipeline, and partnership outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical practices in all business dealings.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience of minimum 1 year in business development, partnerships, or sales—preferably in
healthcare or related sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop actionable growth plans.
Leadership qualities with experience in team handling and training.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
