About the Role

Divine Hindu is looking for a sharp, analytical, and execution-driven
Marketplace & Quick Commerce Specialist
to scale our presence across online marketplaces and hyperlocal delivery platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who understands
e-commerce marketplace growth

listing optimization
,
order operations
, and
quick commerce dynamics
(Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).

You will be responsible for
driving sales, improving visibility, optimizing operations
, and ensuring smooth execution across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

  • Manage end-to-end marketplace operations — listings, catalog, inventory & pricing.
  • Create, optimize, and upload high-quality product listings for visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor Buy Box, keywords, category trends & competitor performance.
  • Work closely with ops to ensure order processing, cancellations, and returns are minimized.
  • Coordinate with marketplace POCs for growth programs, deals & campaigns.
  • Run A+ content updates, listing hygiene, SEO, and reviews improvement.

Quick Commerce Management (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)

  • Manage SKUs, stock levels, sell-through rates, and product discoverability.
  • Identify top-selling SKUs and optimize fast-moving assortments.
  • Drive visibility opportunities through banners, hero placements, and promotions.
  • Ensure real-time inventory sync across platforms.
  • Coordinate with warehouses and platforms to avoid "Out of Stock" situations.
  • Work closely with platform teams to launch new SKUs and push category expansion.

Performance & Growth

  • Analyze daily/weekly sales, category performance, and platform metrics.
  • Track ROAS, visibility scores, and conversion rates.
  • Implement strategies for ranking improvement and organic growth.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, bundles, and promotions.
  • Prepare reports for management and founders.

Operations, Logistics & Coordination

  • Work closely with Uni-commerce, Shiprocket, ClickPost, and internal teams for smooth order flow.
  • Reduce operational errors, cancellations, and SLA breaches.
  • Coordinate with warehouse & packaging teams for QC & dispatch quality.
  • Handle return/claim disputes with platforms.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–4 years experience in marketplace management or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Shopify, Uni-commerce, MS Excel
    .
  • Knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and growth levers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in building categories from scratch.
