Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Expert to build, optimise, and scale PureFoods across major quick commerce and e-commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Instamart, Amazon Fresh and more. This role will own end-to-end platform management—from listings to growth.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Expansion & Listing Management

·      Lead end-to-end onboarding and listing of PureFoods products across all major quick commerce platforms.

·      Manage catalog accuracy, pricing, visibility, and product hygiene for all SKUs.

·      Ensure keyword-rich content, high-quality creatives, and correct compliance documentation.

Sales Growth & Performance Management

·      Drive monthly revenue targets through platform-specific strategies.

·      Analyze category trends and competitor performance; identify opportunities for growth.

·      Manage platform campaigns, promotions, and in-app visibility to maximise conversions.

Operations & Coordination

·      Coordinate with supply chain teams for inventory planning and smooth fulfilment.

·      Ensure consistent stock availability and accurate dispatch mapping.

·      Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams for seamless execution.

Analytics & Reporting

·      Track KPIs—sales, ROAS, fill rate, visibility score, category rank, order flow.

·      Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.

·      3–6 years of experience managing quick commerce or e-commerce FMCG accounts.

·      Strong understanding of platform algorithms, listing optimisation, and Q-commerce dynamics.

·      Hands-on experience with dashboards, inventory tools, and promo planning.

·      Analytical mindset with ability to read data and convert it into actionable strategy.

·      Hustle mindset, ownership, and ability to operate with speed in a high-growth environment.
