Role Description

This full-time, on-site Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Ads Specialist Executive role is based in Gurgaon. The role involves managing advertising campaigns across various e-commerce and quick commerce platforms to optimize visibility and sales performance. Key responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance data, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining strong customer service standards, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to fulfill business objectives. The Specialist will also contribute to the development and implementation of effective ad strategies tailored to specific markets and audiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in E-Commerce and Sales, with a solid understanding of marketplace operations and quick commerce strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate campaign performance, derive insights, and refine advertising approaches
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with both clients and internal teams
  • Ability to develop, execute, and manage advertising strategies and budgets efficiently
  • Proficiency in common tools and platforms used for digital ads management and performance tracking
  • Experience in a similar e-commerce or digital advertising role is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
