Job Description: Quick Commerce Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Type: Full time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Quick Commerce Manager to lead and manage HUFT's presence across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.). This role will oversee day-to-day operations, partner relationships, inventory planning, catalogue optimization, and performance monitoring to drive revenue, availability, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

1. Channel & Partner Management

● Manage end-to-end operations with quick commerce partners.

● Drive strong relationships with category managers, platform reps, and operations teams.

● Negotiate visibility, listings, promotions, and platform collaborations.

2. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

● Ensure healthy stock levels across partner dark stores/warehouses.

● Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse teams, and demand planners for timely replenishment.

● Monitor fill rates, OOS percentages, and supply accuracy.

3. Catalogue & Merchandising

● Oversee listing hygiene, pricing accuracy, content uploads, and product visibility.

● Ensure assortment optimization as per platform insights and sales trends.

● Coordinate for new product launches, seasonal pushes, and hero SKU management.

4. Performance Tracking & Growth

● Track daily/weekly sales, ROAS, cancellations, and operational metrics.

● Analyze platform data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

● Own revenue targets and growth roadmap for quick commerce.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, category, and warehouse teams.

● Coordinate for marketing spends, platform campaigns, and monthly business plans.

● Drive execution of promotional calendars and visibility assets.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

● 2–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce Operations, supply chain, or operations roles.

● Experience working with platforms like Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, or similar is preferred.

● Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus

● Strong understanding of quick commerce operations, inventory management, supply chain coordination & partner platforms.
