Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Gurugram. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, monitoring website performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, optimizing product listings, implementing e-commerce marketing strategies, coordinating with customer service teams, and fostering sales growth through digital platforms. The selected candidate will also handle data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and understanding of online retail strategies
  • Strong Sales skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional user experience
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for monitoring sales data, market trends, and customer behavior
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience in Ayurveda-focused industries or wellness sectors is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Must have graphic design and video editing skills using adobe photoshop, indesign and illustrator
