We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Private Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B business growth by acquiring new corporate clients. The role focuses on engaging with decision-makers across organizations to pitch our products. This is a client-facing role requiring strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic selling skills.

  • Sales Revenue accountability for Pan India Private Corporate Accounts
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients by targeting top organizations
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer need to suggest competitive offerings.
  • Conduct presentations with decision-makers to understand their business needs and offer customized digital solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer support) to deliver client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with all client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.

  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience

  • Qualification: BSc/BCA/MCA/B.Tech and MBA/PGDM
  • Prior Experience/Background: Corporate Sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully across various functions.
