Customer Success Executive - Operations

CTC: Up to
3.60 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus – 10%. This is part of your CTC and released after you complete a year with us (Subject of course to you being on our payroll and not serving a notice period.)

City: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is not a client-facing role. You will serve as the main point of contact for internal teams
    (Servicing, Design, and Content teams), addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with content, strategy, design, and SEO teams to ensure seamless execution of content plans for various clients.
  • Create and maintain a project tracker weekly
    , depending on the nature of the project (In sync with the Customer Success team).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
  • Ensure the execution of client campaign deliveries is done seamlessly.
  • Work closely with the SEO team to track performance metrics to meet the client's goals.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of content marketing & SEO.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
    , MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
