Job Overview

We are seeking an Onboarding Manager to drive the customer journey for a diverse portfolio of customers across the APJ region. This role will accelerate customer time-to-value by establishing measurable success criteria, proactively managing onboarding milestones, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless start to their cybersecurity journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding process
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success
  • Proactively address potential roadblocks and escalate issues as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity industry and products
