Drive Growth with a Proven Customer Success Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term partnerships with our clients, ensuring their success and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of client needs and tailored solutions. They will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless solution delivery and minimize churn.
Key Responsibilities- Work with accounts from kickoff stage to understand business objectives
- Collaborate with Product Implementation experts during onboarding
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers see value in the platform
- Create campaign and journey plans using pre-built playbooks
- Present campaign plans to accounts
- Set up and lead Executive Business Reviews (monthly to annually)
- Build strong relationships with champions and decision-makers
- 7-10 years of experience; at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role
- SaaS experience is a benefit
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing campaign planning
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science
