We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or Customer Success.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Project management and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills - diagnosis, root-cause assessment, option evaluation, and resolution.
