Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Description:

  • Create intimate relationships with customers to understand their businesses and goals.
  • Develop and execute customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or Customer Success.
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills - diagnosis, root-cause assessment, option evaluation, and resolution.
