Customer Success Manager

Join our team of customer success professionals to drive business growth through exceptional service.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing dedicated teams aligned to specific customers, ensuring improved ATM uptime and meeting/exceeding customer expectations. You will define Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the team, provide constant feedback, and engage with customers on a continuous basis.

The role involves interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project delivery, evaluating vendor performance, analyzing team performance, and driving operational efficiency. You will also lead initiatives to enhance help desk quality and efficiency, identify training needs, and conduct timely refresher trainings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dedicated teams to deliver improved ATM uptime
  • Define KRAs and provide constant feedback
  • Engage with customers to understand their pulse and meet/exceed expectations
  • Coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Evaluate vendor performance and analyze team performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate from any stream with good practical hands-on MS Office tools experience
  • Preferable 5 years of work industry experience in ATM operations
  • Good Soft skills, Presentation skills & Interpersonal skills are a must
