Experience: 8+ years total experience, including at least 3 years in a Project Management or Technical Management role

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the complete project lifecycle — from requirement gathering and prioritization to delivery and post-deployment validation.
  • Collaborate with project owners and clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
  • Plan and manage roadmaps, release schedules, and milestones, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with developers and cross-functional teams to manage work items, track progress, and resolve blockers.
  • Perform risk analysis and mitigation planning to ensure project stability and delivery confidence.
  • Understand technical challenges and act as a communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of technologies such as Python, Docker, and cloud deployment environments.
  • Oversee build and deployment processes and ensure best practices are followed across teams.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 3+ years in a Project/Technical Management role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
  • High-level familiarity with Python, Docker, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills to work effectively with global teams.
  • Proven experience in managing remote teams and interacting directly with US-based stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing cloud-based projects (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Prior experience in a US client-facing role or global delivery environment.
