The
Technical Manager
will be responsible for leading the technical operations and projects of NXGEN, ensuring effective execution of technical strategies, managing engineering and technical teams, and overseeing processes to achieve organizational objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent team management skills, and a results-oriented approach to ensure timely delivery and quality of technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership & Team Management:

  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team including engineers, developers, and technical specialists.

  3. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  4. Manage performance through regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.

  5. Technical Process & Project Management:

  6. Develop, implement, and monitor technical processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to best practices.

  7. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects on time and within scope.

  8. Identify technical gaps and implement corrective actions.

  9. Technical Strategy & Execution:

  10. Drive the implementation of technical strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  11. Monitor key technical performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.

  12. Prepare and present regular reports on technical performance, project status, and innovation initiatives.

  13. Stakeholder Management & Follow-Up:

  14. Ensure timely follow-up on technical tasks, projects, and commitments.

  15. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, management, and external technical partners.
  16. Resolve technical escalations and issues promptly, maintaining high standards of service and reliability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role, such as Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, or Team Lead.
  • Strong experience in technical project management, process optimization, and team management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of relevant technologies, systems, and best practices in the field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field .
