Role Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth and strategic partnerships for UNext Learning. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with universities and other educational organizations, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting revenue targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and market analysis capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the education or tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
